Ingredients:
Curds beaten – 2 cups
Cabbage finely shredded – 3/4 cup
Jeera powder (roasted and powdered) – 3/4 tsp
Green chillie finely chopped – 1 no.
Ginger finely chopped – 1 inch piece
Sugar =- 1/2 tsp
Coriandr leaves chopped- a few
Chillie powder – 1 pinch
Salt
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together and mix and serve chilled.
